Hey Now, You're a Rockstar

So let's see. You would think that I would have plenty other things to talk about other than tv since this is the summer, but alas, you were wrong. My summer line up? Well, thank you for asking. Hell's Kitchen, Hidden Palms (which I will get to in a moment), Traveler, and The Starter Wife. Oh and ocassionally The Real World Vegas Reunion. Because why not. Anyways, yes, Hidden Palms, by the same writer who brought us Dawson and his Creek, only this show is set around swimming pools and not some lame creek. Oh and the Joey Potter character's name is Liza, and she wears Hazmat suits and does experiments in her garage while staring whistfully at the Dawson-esque character (complete with a cheating mother and creative side) while he wants to get into the pants of the Jen-character, Greta, who likes to dance around gold courses and cry. Yes, it is THAT good. I suggest you all watch.

So yeah, keep your calendars marked for the following fun, fabulous, and feminist events:
-June 23: Dyke March
-June 24: PRIDE
-July 26: Chocolate for Choice, which I am planning so pleeeease come!
-July (date tbd): Women's Health Fair at UIC

Alrighty kids, well that's it for now! The scrapbook is finally done! My dad's birthday party is this weekend, and I am very excited for it as well as my new dress and shoes.

Um, I wish I was more exciting and had pictures. But I don't.

Bye!

okay -- so i only thought it was okay -- not "that good" i mean --- that stupid zach character from the o.c. --- what's his deal? he reminds me of jamers spader per pretty and pink -- thoughts?

i do however LOVE your comparisons to the creek -- i guess if the formula works why screw with it -- oh wait -- maybe screw with it for the sake of creativity -- i cannot discuss this anymore

Hidden Palms? Really? Ok, it's going on my tivo list.

If I get addicted to this show (highly likely) I am totally blaming you.
